Answering the telephone.
When answering the telephone, greet the customer by saying “Good morning or afternoon, Haringey Estates how can I help”

Customer will reply by saying one of the following and you will have to identify if the customer is  
– a rental applicant, 
– a sales applicant, 
– a landlord that is renting a property and wants us to advertise
– a landlord that is already our customer and we are managing their property
– a landlord that is interested in selling their property with us a landlord that is already selling his property with us and is chasing up some information
